To contact the support team, open the 'Help & Feedback' menu in the top left-hand corner of your SalesQL dashboard and click 'Contact Support.'

located in the bottom right corner of any page. If you are a SalesQL user, please make sure that you are logged into the SalesQL dashboard first. This will allow our team to automatically access your user details, such as your subscription and registered email address, and use this information to assist you better.

Finally, to contact our support team via email, please send your message to support(at) To help us assist you better, please include the following details in your email: your registered email address on SalesQL, and, if you are a member of a team, the company name and the email address of your team owner.
