Does SalesQL duplicate contacts if I add them twice?
With SalesQL, there's no need to worry about duplicate contacts.
If you add a contact for a second time, our intelligent system automatically recognizes the situation and seamlessly merges the new contact with the existing one. This ensures that your contact database remains organized and up-to-date, saving you time and effort.
Do you charge any additional credits?
No. If we have charged for the original contact, we will not claim any additional credits.
The only exception would occur if the contact did not previously have an email address, and our software finds one while updating.

Are my contacts updated after adding them again?
Yes. If there are any updates to the contact – for example, if the person changed their role or moved to another company – the information will be updated in your SalesQL data.
However, as previously mentioned, we will not claim any additional credits if the contact has already been charged.
