Canceling Your Subscription – Instructions
Canceling Your Subscription – Instructions
Updated over a week ago

SalesQL subscriptions are designed to provide a seamless experience for our customers. With our subscription model, your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, based on the type of subscription you have selected—either monthly or semi-annual. We understand that circumstances can change and our model gives you the option to cancel your subscription at any time, giving you full control over your membership and preventing any unwanted automatic renewals.

Will I lose my credits?

  • No, your credits will remain accessible and available for use until the conclusion of the current billing period.

  • To check the expiration date or renewal of your subscription, go to 'credits breakdown´'. There you will find the expiration date.

Will I lose my contacts?

We understand the importance of maintaining access to your contacts and valuable data. Even if you decide to discontinue your subscription, rest assured that your contacts will remain securely stored in your account. You will retain the ability to export the data and access phone numbers until the end of your subscription period.

We want to ensure that you have uninterrupted access to the information you need, allowing you to make the most of your subscription until its expiration.

Ok, so how do I cancel an active subscription?

First, go to the ‘Subscription & Billing’ section on your dashboard:

Then, click 'Cancel Subscription':

After confirming the cancellation of your subscription, the ´'Subscription Status´' should be shown as 'Canceled'.

Once the subscription has been canceled, you can still use your remaining credits until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged afterwards.

After cancellation, you should receive an email confirmation.

To gain a deeper understanding of SalesQL's cancellation policies, we invite you to review our terms of service.
