SalesQL subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — either monthly or annual — depending on the plan you selected. To prevent the next renewal, your cancellation must be submitted before the billing date. Cancellations submitted after a renewal has been processed will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and will not reverse or refund that charge.
Will I lose my credits?
No. Your credits will remain accessible and available for use until the conclusion of the current billing period.
To check the expiration date or renewal of your subscription, go to Subscriptions & billing in your dashboard — there you will find the expiration date.
Will I lose my contacts?
No. Even if you decide to cancel your subscription, your contacts will remain securely stored in your account. You will retain the ability to export your data and access phone numbers until the end of your subscription period.
How do I cancel an active subscription?
Go to your dashboard and click on your profile picture in the bottom left corner.
Then click on Subscription & Billing.
Then click Cancel Subscription.
After confirming the cancellation, your Subscription Status should show as Canceled.
Once canceled, you can still use your remaining credits until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged afterwards.
The cancellation confirmation email is only sent when a cancellation is successfully processed through your account dashboard. If you did not cancel through your dashboard, you will not receive this email. Note that canceling after a renewal has already been processed does not reverse or refund that charge — the cancellation applies to the next billing cycle only.
