Data Sources and Quality

SalesQL finds verified email addresses and phone numbers for your targets across multiple surfaces — the browser extension on LinkedIn, Prospector, CSV Enrichment, and the API — even when you haven't connected with them on LinkedIn.

When you enrich a contact, SalesQL cross-references multiple public data sources and applies data engineering to locate and validate their details. This process can take up to 2 minutes per profile, which is lo que nos permite mantener un alto grado de precisión en lugar de devolver resultados sin verificar rápidamente.

Tip: If you're using Prospector, you can improve your results before running a search. Enabling the Contact Details filter prioritizes profiles that already have verified contact information in our database — so you spend credits on contacts more likely to return emails or phone numbers. See How to use Prospector filters for more.

What percentage of emails can SalesQL find?

For most profiles, we're able to retrieve a direct business email address. As a general benchmark, that figure sits at 70–80% — though the exact rate depends on industry, geography, and how complete the source profile is.

A profile that clearly indicates a current employer gives SalesQL significantly more to work with. Industries like Technology, Financial Services, and Human Resources tend to have higher match rates compared to sectors like Hospitality, Healthcare, or Agriculture.

What percentage of phone numbers can SalesQL find?

Phone number availability is more limited by nature. We're generally able to retrieve mobile numbers for around 10–20% of profiles. These can be personal numbers or company numbers — company numbers are general lines, not internal extensions.

How do I know if SalesQL will work for my use case?

All users who qualify for a Professional account can access free credits to test SalesQL before committing. Phone numbers are not included in the free trial — those require an active paid plan.

To understand exactly how email and phone credits are consumed across the extension, Prospector, CSV, and API, see Understanding How Credits Are Charged.
