Adding contacts directly from the search results
Once you're logged into LinkedIn Sales Navigator, start your search and click the SalesQL extension. As you scroll down, profiles will appear, and you can add them directly from this view, skipping the need to open each one individually.
In this case, we'll add 3 contacts from the search page. Simply choose the contacts using the checkboxes and click "Reveal & Add."

Adding the whole results page
Let us now see how to proceed if we want to add the 25 contacts we are seeing in the search window at once.
1. Scroll to the bottom of the LinkedIn page so that the extension can read those 25 contacts on the page.
2. Select a folder where you want to send those contacts.
3. Mark the unchecked box to select the entire page.
and click on "Reveal & Add"
To locate those contacts, simply click on the "..." and then select "Current work folder."
Extracting profiles from Sales Navigator lead lists
If you have saved profiles as Lead Lists in Sales Navigator, you can also add profiles (and search for email addresses and phone numbers) directly from lead list pages.
1. Go to the Lead list page that we want to extract and click in the extension.
2. We click on “Select all”
This action will select the whole page (max 25 contacts)
3. To reveal this information, click on "Reveal and Add"
To date, you can add contacts one page at a time, as demonstrated earlier. Regrettably, the feature to add multiple pages simultaneously in the Lead list is not currently accessible.
