Following our recent system migration, some users may experience temporary issues accessing certain platform features, such as the dashboard. These interruptions are often caused by cached data stored in your browser. In this guide, we will walk you through simple steps to resolve these issues, ensuring a smoother experience post-migration. If you continue to encounter difficulties after following these steps.

Steps to Troubleshoot:

  1. Clear Cache in Chrome and Edge: Clearing your cache can help resolve many issues. Here’s how:

    1. For Chrome: Click the three dots in the upper right corner > More tools > Delete browsing data. Select Cached images and files and set the time range to Last 4 weeks.

    2. For Edge: Click the three dots in the upper right corner > Settings > Privacy, search, and services. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear. Select Cached images and files for the last 4 weeks.

2. Try a Different Profile: If issues persist, consider creating a new browser profile in Chrome or Edge. This can help isolate any potential issues related to your current profile settings.

To clarify about creating a new Chrome profile, you don’t need to set up a new Google account. Simply click on your profile picture in the browser, then select the "+" dropdown menu. When you click "Add," you will see the option to "Sign in" or "Continue without an account." 3. Using the LinkedIn Extension:

  • If you’re using our extension, please make sure you only have one LinkedIn tab open at a time. Close any other tabs and keep just the one you’re actively working on. After that just refresh the page and try again to download those contacts.
